Shawn and Katherine Cordon bought a horse ranch in Santa Fe (45mins south of Nashville) back in 2016. Shawn, a retired architectural photographer from Los Angeles was working on the ranch one day when an idea popped into his head. “What if I turned some of these old horse trailers into something fun?” Honkytonks up in Nashville are fun. “Lets build one !” The word got out and the rest is history.
